Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Nurse
Head Coach
Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. Athletic Training, Certified Athletic Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Online Fitness and Nutrition Certification
Hi, I'm Coach Makayla! Growing up I was heavily active in sports, as well as dance. After going to college, prioritizing fitness and health became a struggle, leading to some weight gain. During the pandemic, I hired my first online fitness and nutrition coach and it completely changed my life. Not only did my physique improve, but my mental health did as well. I wanted to help women transform themselves in the same way, and this passion led me towards online coaching. I dove into the online coaching world full time after working as an athletic trainer at Ohio State University. I enjoy strength training, and continuing to challenge myself in and outside of the gym. My goal is to help young women build confidence within, provide unlimited support, and leave them with education that will allow their health and fitness journey to become a sustainable lifestyle. I can’t wait to work with you!
Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PN1)
Hi, I'm Coach Tom! I became a personal trainer because I believe everyone should experience the joy it brings to reach their physical and mental potential. To feel confident, sexy, and strong. To face challenges and overcome them. To grow mentally, physically, and emotionally. To develop healthy, sustainable habits that lead to long lasting results. I meet my clients where they’re at with empathy, understanding, and kindness. Then work on a game plan together to find a balance between what’s challenging yet realistic to make progress and see results. There is nothing more rewarding to me then helping someone become the best version of themself. I have been both an in-person and online personal trainer/coach. Currently I am an online coach, which I have 10+ years of experience working with hundreds of people helping them achieve their goals. I am also a Precision Nutrition Certified (PN1) nutrition coach. I have a passion for helping others and I’m excited to continue positively impacting as many lives as possible.

Hello! I’m Coach Leah I work at Mayo Clinic and have a health education background. I also worked with a weight loss company for a few years in the past. You can find me hanging out with my 3 kids, my husband, or my dog. I love biking, running, and anything outdoors. I started working with my son last year who helped me with some nutrition coaching. Through that, I learned a lot about myself and my body. I went through quite a personal transformation during that time. I also have celiac disease, so I have learned how to manage not being able to eat gluten, and still hit my goals. Towards the end of 2020, I started working as a coach. I work primarily with busy moms who are looking to develop more confidence and gain more energy in their lives through losing body fat. I am very passionate about helping people develop healthy habits into their lives that they will be able to stick with long term. I am big on creating a lifestyle change in people. There is no better time to start your journey than right now. I can’t wait to help you navigate this journey and change your life in the same way that mine as been.
Hey Everyone, My name is Madalyn, aka coach Maddy. have been helping women in their fitness and health journey for the last 6 years! Growing up I was very active in Cheerleading competitively and for my high school, and I ran track. In college I went through a time where I gained about 40 lbs, I lost 20 lbs of it on my own and then hired an online coach to help me lose the rest. Overcoming emotional eating with accountability was a game changer for me and I knew I had found my calling as a coach. My coaching style: Encouraging & your biggest cheerleader, with a sprinkle of education and major emphasis on taking ownership of your results (you can’t get the results you didn’t work for!) I also have a unique spin with some functional elements: gut health work, stress management, hormonal support and viewing progress through the lens of mind, body, and soul! I love to travel, spending time with my 4 nephews, boating & the beach, and trying out new coffee shops and restaurants!
